Genus- Sternocera (Golden Beetle )

Species- Sternocera chrysis Fabricius 

Body hemispherical anteriorly cylindrical

Chestnut brown metallic green colour, antenna 11 segmented.

Length -40 mm.

Distribution -India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan
