Insect Katta

The insects genus Vespa wasp belonging to family Vespidae is commonly called as lesser banded hornet.

Body medium sized.  Head is brownish black / red with dark brown antennae.
Abdominal segments being  yellow with bands.
Distribution - India ( Gondia -Maharashtra ), Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong
