Insect Katta

Male Danaid Eggfly 
The beautiful butterfly belongs to the family Nymphalidae. It is well known for the mimicry. Male have black bluish wings with white oval moon like spots.

Order - Lepidoptera 
Genus - Hypolimnus 
Species - H. misippus  Linnaeus 

Host plant - Bush mint ( Vilaiti Tulsi )
Location - India -Gondia Bandh Talav
