Insect Katta

Order -Coleoptera 

Family - Scarabaeidae  (Scarab Beetle )

Genus - Heterorrhina F

Species- Hetetorrhina elegans  Fabricius 


Body shape are equilateral triangle, body colour are green/indigo, antenna enlarged at the end. Legs are brown.  Scutllum without any punctures.

Length -2-3 cm.

Distribution - India, SriLanka.
